Accessibility Statement

Effective Date: July 1, 2025 | Last Updated: July 1, 2025

DealAtlas is committed to making our platform accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We believe that accessible design benefits everyone and are actively working to ensure the DealAtlas platform meets modern accessibility standards.

1. OUR COMMITMENT

DealAtlas aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, cognitive, and motor impairments. We treat accessibility as an ongoing priority, not a one-time effort.

2. CURRENT ACCESSIBILITY FEATURES

The DealAtlas platform currently supports or is working toward visual accessibility, keyboard and navigation support, screen reader support, and readable content structure.

2.1 Visual Accessibility

Sufficient color contrast ratios across the platform interface

Text that can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality

Alternative text provided for informational images and icons

Content that does not rely solely on color to convey information

2.2 Keyboard & Navigation

Keyboard-navigable interface elements for users who cannot use a mouse

Visible focus indicators on interactive elements

Logical tab order through page content and forms

Skip navigation links to bypass repetitive page headers

2.3 Screen Reader Support

Semantic HTML structure to support screen reader interpretation

ARIA labels on interactive elements where native semantics are insufficient

Form inputs associated with descriptive labels

2.4 Content Readability

Plain language used throughout the platform interface where possible

Consistent navigation structure across all pages

Error messages that clearly identify what went wrong and how to correct it

3. KNOWN LIMITATIONS

DealAtlas is a data-intensive platform and certain features, including complex data tables, map visualizations, and property search filters, may present accessibility challenges for some users. We are actively working to address these limitations. If you encounter a barrier, please contact us — we are committed to providing alternative access where full remediation is not yet complete.

4. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

Some content accessed through DealAtlas is sourced from third-party data providers, public records systems, and external tools. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party content but will work with vendors to encourage accessible design where possible.

5. FEEDBACK & ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of DealAtlas. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, cannot access content or use a feature due to a disability, or would like to request an accommodation or alternative format, please contact us at accessibility@dealatlas.com.

We will respond to accessibility requests within 5 business days and work to provide an effective accommodation as promptly as possible.

6. ONGOING IMPROVEMENT

We are committed to continuous improvement of our accessibility posture. Our efforts include regular internal accessibility reviews, user testing with assistive technologies, team training, and incorporating accessibility criteria into product development.

This statement will be reviewed and updated at minimum annually, or whenever significant platform changes are made.
